Weekly Schedule*

  • Daily Focus Call (Monday - Friday) 6:30 - 6:45 AM Central.  Start your day off with 15 minutes of calm and focus.  We will do a 5-7 minute meditation and then do our daily plan together.
  • Group Coaching & Accountability Option 1:  Tuesdays at 4 PM Central
  • Group Coaching & Accountability Option 2:  Thursdays at  Noon Central
  • Weekly Mindset Training- available each Monday in your training portal.  Watch at your own pace.  Workbook available for each training.

*Come to all the calls or just the ones that you think will support your best. You can come to either or both of the group coaching calls.

Attending one of the weekly group coaching calls is a requirement for the money back guarantee.  You can attend live or watch the replay but you MUST do your weekly scorecard and ask for coaching if you are feeling stuck or have questions.

We will kick off the program with Week 1 focused on creating your vision for your life and your business.  What would you love?  You will answer that question and Dream Big.  Then you will take your vision and create the blueprint for your 3 year plan.  Then you will create a 1 year plan and then your 90 day plan and pick your 1 GOAL that will be DONE at the end of the 90 Days.

How to Coach Yourself

 You will learn the powerful process of self-coaching and learn how to use the Self-Coaching Model "the model". 

As a Certified Coach from The Life Coach School, I have been trained to use and teach this powerful tool.  You will blow your own mind with what you are capable of when you learn how to manage your mind and coach yourself.  You 90 Days to Done Planner has daily pages for you to coach yourself and this habit will change your life!

Your Future Self

Who do you want to be BE?  You will decide on purpose who you want to be and then start being HER now.  This week's teaching will be based on the book

Be Your Future Self Now: The Science of Intentional Transformation by Dr. Benjamin Hardy.  You will create HER and then you will spend the next 90 days BEing her.

Self Confidence

Self Confidence is a state of being when you are secure in yourself and your abilities. It's your ability to trust yourself and love yourself.

You will learn the skill of creating and increasing self confidence and you will practice every day in the program.

 

 

Habits

You will learn how to create new habits that support your and  eliminate those that don't.  You will pick one habit to practice for the rest of the program.  After 30 days, you may choose to add another one.

The habit training is based on the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.

 

Tiny Habits

In your 2nd week on habits, we will focus on the book Tiny Habits by B.J. Fogg.  Creating a series of tiny habits is a powerful way to create and maintain change.

 

 

Processes & Systems

When you have a process in place and systems designed to support your processes, you will be amazed at how much time, ease and flow you will have in your day and in your week.  In this workshop, you will identify all of the processes in your life that need attention and then you will work on creating systems to support the process. The reason why most goals are not achieved or if they are not sustained is because they are missing this step.

 

 

Morning & Evening Routines

Do you have a vision of how your perfect day would be?  Your perfect morning routine? Your perfect evening routine?  In this week's workshop, you will create your Ideal Workday and your Ideal Weekend Day and then start implementing it...one step at a time.

 

 

CEO Mindset

You will learn to be the CEO of your life and business.  With a CEO mindset, you take full responsibility for your life and your results.  As the CEO of your life, you will learn when to think strategically and how to separate the "math" from the "drama".  The Math are all of the facts and circumstances of our life and the Drama are all of our thoughts and feelings about what is happening. The CEO knows how to focus on the "math" and take out the drama.

 

How to Organize Your Life

You will learn a simple but profound process to organize every part of your life. 

You may choose to do one area of organizing during our 90 days together but that is NOT required.  You will have this training to refer to whenever you want to have a 90 day goal on organization.

 

Money

What are your thoughts and feelings about money? Do you have plenty of money?  Do you seem to never have enough or just enough? In this powerful workshop, you will learn how to uncover your limiting beliefs about money and delivering value in the world.
